Dosage form:

Bicillin-1: powder for injectable solution containing 600,000 or 1,200,000 IU benzathine benzylpenicillin per vial.
Bicillin-3: benzathine benzylpenicillin + penicillin G sodium + procaine penicillin, 200,000 or 400,000 IU each per vial.
Bicillin-5: benzathine benzylpenicillin 1,200,000 IU + procaine penicillin 300,000 IU per vial.

Therapeutic use:

Diseases caused by susceptible microflora, mainly Gram-positive organisms and anaerobes

Dosage:

Dogs:
Penicillin G sodium or potassium: 20,000–40,000 IU/kg intravenously or intramuscularly every 4–8 hours.
Procaine penicillin G: 20,000–40,000 IU/kg intramuscularly or subcutaneously every 12–24 hours.
Benzathine penicillin G: 40,000 IU/kg intramuscularly every 5 days.
Cats:
Penicillin G sodium or potassium: 20,000–40,000 IU/kg intravenously or intramuscularly every 4–8 hours.
Procaine penicillin G: 20,000–40,000 IU/kg intramuscularly or subcutaneously every 12–24 hours.
Benzathine penicillin G: 40,000 IU/kg intramuscularly every 5 days.
