Capsules 100 mg, 300 mg, 400 mg

Therapeutic use:
Adjunctive therapy for seizures; neuropathic pain
Dosage:
Dogs:
10–60 mg/kg per day orally, divided every 8–12 hours
Cats:
5–10 mg/kg orally every 8–12 hours
